At Earthlygoods Agro Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide the best quality fresh agro products, rice, and grocery items. Since many of our items are perishable, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order is shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


2. Returns & Replacements
  • Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or wrong product.

  • Customers must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of delivery by sharing order details and photographs as proof.

  • Approved returns will be replaced with the same product or an alternative of equal value, subject to availability.


3. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed only in cases where replacement is not possible.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used (via Razorpay) within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
  • Perishable goods such as fresh vegetables, fruits, and open food items cannot be returned unless they are defective at the time of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.
